Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued for the following reasons:
- Program is cancelled by CDSA
- Withdrawal from program
- 1 week before the start of the Indoor/Outdoor season
- Medical reasons (must provide doctor's note)
- Movement out of the CDSA district
Non-refundable administration fee:
- Expenses incurred on behalf of the player, including uniform cost are non-refundable
- $25 registration fee is non-refundable
- Refunds are pro-rated (minus administration fee)
No refunds will be issued for the following reasons:
- A parent or player disagrees with the player's team or placement. All such decisions are final.
